Brief : Project StreeShakti works mainly for the upliftment of women in the slum areas. . It is carried out at Vinay Nagar at Nashik to empower poor women, reaching out to their problems sharing with them the importance of being self dependent by staying connected with them through this project. It has helped them to start their own business of making cleaner, hand wash and candle making by providing them training.

Brief : Project ‘Kshitij’ is an attempt towards giving back the long lost financial and social stature to marginalized farmers. Project Kshitij helped a group of 103 farmers from Sinnar Taluka near Nashik to setup Producer Company. And Buy farm products from its members and sell them directly to the end user. The members will fetch right price for their products and the company will also pave the way towards rural entrepreneurship development. The above phase is complete.
After helping farmers in setting up the Devnadi Valley agricultural producers company, SIFE-SIOM is helping the producer company in setting up a Supply Chain for their green and leafy vegetables.
Brief : Many farmers have to migrate to cities, away from their families in the villages, to do cheap labour and earn daily bread during summer season and draught. Bee Happy has the aim of empowering these villagers with Bee Keeping techniques and avoid their migration to cities.
Farmers are trained in Bee Keeping and then are given bee boxes with bee colonies which they can keep in their farms and increase their yield. Also they can sell the by-products like honey and wax.Also they can generate income by giving the bee boxes with bee colonies on rent to other farmers.
